DL-Laudanosine 是 Atracurium 和 Cisatracurium 的代谢物,可透过血脑屏障,引起兴奋和癫痫发作。
DL-Laudanosine (Laudanosine) appears to be unique in its ability to produce cerebral stimulation in lightly anaesthetized animals and it is reported to cause arousal from anaesthesia in subconvulsive doses.
