用途

2-三甲基硅氧基-1,3-丁二烯为烃类有机物，可用作有机中间体。

制备

在室温下，向NaI (4.40g, 1.2 当量) 在MeCN (50 mL) 中的悬浮液中加入甲基乙烯基酮 (购自 AlfaAesar, 2.00 mL, 1.66 g, 23.7 mmol)、NEt3 (4.09 mL, 2.97 g, 29.4mmol，1.2eq) 和 Me3SiCl（3.73 mL，3.17 g，29.2 mmol，1.2eq）。将混合物加热回流15小时。冷却至室温后，将其倒入H2O(30mL)中。分层。水层用 tBuOMe (3 × 10 mL) 萃取。合并的有机层用饱和氯化铵水溶液 (3×10 mL) 洗涤并用硫酸镁干燥。真空除去溶剂。蒸馏得到2-三甲基硅氧基-1,3-丁二烯（65℃，55mbar），为无色液体（1.627g，含tBuOMe，0.949g，28%）。
