For removal of enterokinase by immunoaffinity from fusion protein cleavage reaction mixtures. 100?μl of a 50% slurry of the anti-enterokinase-agarose can remove at least 7?μg of bovine enterokinase or 1?μg of recombinant catalytic subunit.
Allgemeine Beschreibung
Kit is designed to remove all enterokinase (as judged by antigenic or enzymatic activity assays). This is accomplished by binding with immobilized rabbit antibodies to calf intestine enterokinase followed by spin filtration.
