Allgemeine Beschreibung

Recombinant, human betacellulin (BTC) consisting of amino acids 32-111 and expressed in E. coli. BTC is a heparin-binding protein, that is able to bind to the EGF receptor. It is also a potent mitogen for Balb/c 3T3 fibroblasts, retinal pigment epithelial cells and vascular smooth muscle cells.
