Solvent Yellow 19 Chemical Properties,Uses,Production
Chemical Properties
Yellow powder. Insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, acetone and chloroform. Yellowish brown in concentrated sulfuric acid, light brown after dilution. Good resistance to acid and alkali. Heat resistance and sunlight resistance are high.
Preparation
3-Amino-2-hydroxy-5-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid diazotization, and 3-Oxo-N-phenylbutanamide?coupling, and then the aqueous solution with fluorinated common heating.
Properties and Applications
yellow. Yellow powder. Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, acetone and Chloroform organic solvent. In concentrated sulfuric acid for brown, after diluted solution for light brown. Heat resistance, fast, acid, good alkali resistance. Mainly used for resin, transparent lacquer and aluminum foil and coloring.
