Description
t-Boc-N-Amido-PEG4-propargyl is a propargyl linker with one side protected by Boc group. The propargyl group can form triazole linkage with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed Click Chemistry. The Boc protected amine can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions.
Uses
Boc-N-Amido-PEG4-propargyl is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Boc-N-Amido-PEG4-propargyl is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
