Uses
This product is specially tested and qualified for use in all PCR or RT-PCR. It can be used in conjunction with all end-point or real-time PCR assays or whenever highest quality water is needed. All of the LightCycler? kits and some of the amplification products — available from Roche Applied Science — contain this Water, PCR Grade.
General Description
Water, PCR Grade is specially purified, double-distilled, deionized, and autoclaved. The production process ensures that even according to Roche ′s strict Quality Control procedures the water does not contain detectable amounts of nucleic acid. It is routinely tested in PCR with conventional thermal cyclers and with LightCycler? Instruments.
