Description
4-(N-Boc-amino)-1,6-heptanedioic acid is a branched compound. It can conjugate with primary amino groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU) to form a stable amide bond. Boc can be removed under acidic condition.
Uses
4-(N-Boc-amino)-1,6-heptanedioic Acid (cas# 848242-88-6) can be used in the preparation of Trastuzumab-linked TLR-agonist-containing conjugates for targeted treatment of cancer. It is also used in the preparation of insulin analog dimers, and composition containing them or an insulin receptor partial agonist and a GLP-1 analog for treating diabetes and related disorders.
