Uses
(S)-4,4-Difluoro-N-(3-oxo-1-phenylpropyl)cyclohexanecarboxamide acts as a reagent in the synthesis of CCR5 antagonists which are used in HIV therapy and may also be relevant for the treatment of graft-vs.-host disease and Staphylococcus aureus infection.
Uses
4,4-Difluoro-N-((1S)-3-oxo-1-phenylpropyl)cyclohexane-1-carboxamide is an organic amide and can be used as a pharmaceutical intermediate.
