Uses

A cannabimimetic indole derivative that acts as a CB2 receptor agonist with weak CB2 activity. It has been shown to possess immunomodulatory effects and may be useful in the treatment of pain and inflammation.

Biological Activity

Selective CB 2 agonist (K i values are 13.8 and 383 nM as measured at human cloned CB 2 and CB 1 receptors expressed in CHO cells).
