Description
t-Boc-N-Amido-PEG6-propargyl can be used in copper catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions with azides. The Boc group can be removed under mild acidic conditions to yield the free amine.
Uses
Boc-NH-PEG6-propargyl is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Boc-NH-PEG6-propargyl is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
