The aldehyde resin can be used in paints, pigment pastes and as a co-binder for coatings. Aldehyde Resin is a lightfast, resistant to yellow condensation resin from urea and aliphatic aldehydes. This resin has a good solubility, which contributes to improve gloss, fullness and hardness. It is characterized by its good pigment wetting, transparency and low solution viscosity. In addition, aldehyde resin is soluble in all common paint solvents.
