Α-アミロプシン 化学特性,用途語,生産方法
解説
アミロプシン，膵 (液) アミラーゼの旧語。アミラーゼは糖類を分解する消化酵素で，主として唾液腺と膵臓から分泌される。膵臓の障害があると血液や尿の中にアミラーゼが漏れ出てくるので，血清・尿中のアミラーゼを測定すると，膵炎や膵癌などの診断に役立つ。
