Osmanthus Absolute C화학적 특성, 용도, 생산
개요
The part used is the flowers. Derivatives: the flowers are extracted
with petroleum ether to yield a concrete, which in turn gives an
absolute after alcohol extraction. The enfleurage method or infusion
processes have also been used.
화학적 성질
The flowers of O. fragrans are extracted with petroleum ether to yield a concrete, from which absolute is prepared by

Essential oil composition
The absolute contains (as% of volatiles) linolenic acid 17.4%, linoleic acid 8.7, palmitic acid 8.6, β-ionone,
oleic acid 7.0, dihydro-β-ionone 6.4, ethyl linolenate 6.3, (+)-decan-4-olide 4.0, ethylpalmitate 3.4, ethyl linoleate 3.1, dihdro-β-inol
3.0 and others.
