유동기름 C화학적 특성, 용도, 생산

존재

동유는 유동(기름오동나무)이라는 식물의 종자로부터 채취한 기름이다.

개요

1960년대 이후 동유는 인쇄배선판 용지기재 페놀수지 적층판의 수지에 휘임성을 부여하는 변성제로서의 용도가 급증하였다. 동유는 에레오스테아르산의 존재 때문에 식용으로는 되지 않는다. 오히려 어느 종류의 곤충 또는 쥐에 대한 음식물섭취 저해제로서 주목되고 있다.

용도

동유는 주로 에레오스테아르산으로 구성되어 있기 때문에 반응성이 풍부하고 대표적인 건성유로서, 각종 도료에 쓰인다. 그밖에 니스, 인쇄잉크,내수피혁 등에 이용되고 있다.

화학적 성질

Yellow drying oil. Soluble in chloroform, ether, carbon disulfide, and oils. Combustible.

용도

Tung oil is a plant oil that can be polymerized to produce a variety of products which include pressure sensitive adhesives, self-healed epoxy coatings, polyurethane foam, and vinyl ester resins.

일반 설명

Tung oil is also called china wood oil that can be produced by cold pressing the seeds of tung tree. It can be used as a biodiesel and a drying oil in the production of paints.

위험도

Toxic by ingestion. Contact causes dermatitis. Ingestion causes nausea, vomiting, cramps, diarrhea and tenesmus, thirst, dizziness, lethargy, and disorientation. Large doses can cause fever, tachycardia, and respiratory effects. Combustible when exposed to heat or flame. Can react with oxidizing materials.
