Rhodamine B isothiocyanate-Dextran has been used:- to label A, CI-M6PR-GFP, Lamp1-CFP-expressing wild type mouse embryonic fibroblast (MEF) cells
- in endosome/phagosome fusion assay to determine the rate of fusion of endosomes
- as a component in poration medium to monitor Hela cell uptake
