Biochem/physiol Actions
IDT307 (APP+) is a fluorescent analogue of the dopaminergic neurotoxin MPP+ monoamine transporter substrate that fluoresces after uptake into cells. IDT307 is a substrate for the dopamine transporter (DAT), norepinephrine transporter (NET), and serotonin transporter (SERT).
