Description

SKF 81297 hydrobromide is a full D1-like dopamine receptor agonist used in the study of the effects of d-amphetamine. SFK 81297 has shown a 25-fold greater efficacy for stimulating adenylate cyclase, the enzyme that synthesizes cAMP from ATP. SKF 81297 hydrobromide is an activator of D1DR.
