| Biological Activity | TDRL-551 is a potent replication protein A (RPA) inhibitor (IC50=18 μM). TDRL-551 inhibits RPA-DNA interaction and increases the efficacy of Platinum (Pt)-based chemotherapy in lung and ovarian cancer.
