| Uses | γ-Amanitin an ADC cytotoxin and isolated from the?mushroom. γ-Amanitin inhibits?RNA polymerase II and disrupts synthesis of?mRNA. γ-Amanitin shows similar effects to α-Amanitin and β-Amanitin. γ-Amanitin competitively binds to monoclonal antibody (mAb), with an IC50 of 163.1 ng/mL. γ-Amanitin is toxic to a variety of cells[1][2][3]. | | in vivo | γ-amanitin (i.p.) is classified as a neutral amanitin with an LD50 in mice ranging from 0.2 to 0.5 mg/kg[3].
