Dehydrocorydaline can inhibit elevated mitochondrial membrane potential in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated macrophages. 3. Dehydrocorydaline has antinociceptive effects in mouse models of inflammatory pain, the effects involve the opioid receptor and inflammatory cytokines. 4. Dehydrocorydaline has anti-inflammatory activity. |
