| In vitro | Methods: RAW264.7 cells were treated with Glucocorticoid receptor modulator 1 (10 μM, 24 hours), and the expression of related mRNA was detected by qPCR. Results: Glucocorticoid receptor modulator 1 reduced the mRNA expression of inflammatory factors such as IL-6, IL-1β, TSLP, MMP-13, TNF-α and CCL-2 in RAW264.7 cells. [1] |
