对方坚持款到发货，我方 款到发货可以，那我要求出库做核磁，这个要求貌似是个很合理的要求， 对方不行， 不给做，再次之前 订单下给了他们，他们发货单也做好了，好那我放妥协我说好可以货到付款， 质检不合格退款
