C3 Peptide P16 is a peptide composed of 16 amino acids synthesized by human C3d, which has strong hydrophilicity. C3d is a fragment produced in the cleavage of C3 by trypsin. C3 Peptide P16 can enhance in vitro phosphorylation of pp105 and pp100 present in human B lymphoma cells.
