白细胞免疫球蛋白样受体亚家族B成员2（LILRB2）也称为CD85抗原样家族成员D（CD85d）、免疫球蛋白类转录物4（ILT-4）、单核细胞/巨噬细胞免疫球蛋白状受体10（MIR-10），它是LIR受体亚家族的B类成员。LILRB2是I类MHC抗原的受体。LILRB2识别广泛的HLA-a、HLA-B、HLA-C和HLA-G等位基因。LILRB2与CD8A竞争结合I类MHC抗原。LILRB2/CD85d抑制FCGR1A介导的细胞蛋白磷酸化和细胞内钙离子的动员。
