白细胞介素-7受体亚基α（IL7Ra）也称为CD抗原CD127，属于I型细胞因子受体家族和4型亚家族。IL7Ra/CD127含有1个纤维连接蛋白III型结构域。IL7Ra/CD127在各种细胞类型上表达，包括幼稚和记忆T细胞以及许多其他细胞。IL7Ra/CD127是白细胞介素-7的受体，也是胸腺基质淋巴生成素（TSLP）的受体。IL7受体是IL7R和IL2RG的异二聚体。TSLP受体是CRLF2和IL7R的异二聚体。
