IL-17 RA分子背景
白细胞介素17受体A（IL17RA）也被称为分化簇w217（CDw217），是由活化的T淋巴细胞分泌的促炎细胞因子，属于普遍存在的I型膜糖蛋白，与白细胞介蛋白17A（IL17A）结合的亲和力较低。IL-17R mRNA在组织中分布广泛，几乎在所有测试的细胞和组织中都检测到了它。IL-17RA与IL-17RC结合形成IL-17和IL-17F的信号受体复合物。配体和IL-17RA连接促进T细胞活化和IL-6、G-CSF、SCF和多种促炎趋化因子的产生。IL17RA缺陷是家族性5型念珠菌病（CANDF5）的原因。
