白细胞相关免疫球蛋白样受体-1（LAIR-1）在大多数人外周血单核白细胞上组成型表达。LAIR-1或CD305是一种跨膜糖蛋白，具有单个免疫球蛋白样结构域和含有两个基于酪氨酸的免疫受体抑制基序的细胞质尾部。LAIR-1在激活后招募SHP-1和SHP-2磷酸酶，LAIR-1抗原在自然杀伤（NK）细胞上的交联导致NK细胞介导的细胞毒性受到强烈抑制。
作为一种抑制性受体，对自然杀伤（NK）细胞、B细胞和T细胞的细胞溶解功能起组成性负调控作用。Tyr磷酸化的激活导致磷酸酶PTPN6和PTPN11的募集和激活。它还可以减少B细胞受体连接引起的细胞内钙的增加。与LAIR1相关的疾病包括慢性活动性EB病毒感染和复发性风湿病。
