Thrombospondin-2分子背景
凝血酶敏感蛋白-2也被称为THBS2、TSP2、TSP-2。凝血酶敏感蛋白-2（TSP2）是一种抑制肿瘤生长和血管生成的抗血管生成基质细胞蛋白。介导细胞间和细胞与基质相互作用的粘附性糖蛋白。CD36配体介导抗血管生成特性。THBS2基因内含子区的2个SNP（rs6422747和rs6422748）与IDD的易感性有关。然而，它们与IDD的严重程度无关，包括退行性椎间盘的总数和IDD的水平。凝血酶敏感蛋白2是中枢神经系统发育中突触发生的重要调节因子，分布在视网膜大胶质细胞中，其受体α2δ-1位于视网膜神经元中。活化的大胶质细胞可能参与静水压升高后视网膜神经元突触前蛋白的改变，大胶质细胞衍生的凝血酶敏感蛋白2可能通过与其神经元受体α2δ-1结合来调节这些变化。
