CD84分子背景
白细胞分化抗原CD84也被称为SLAM家族成员5（SLAMF5），属于免疫球蛋白（Ig）超家族。CD84/SLAMF5含有一个Ig样C2型（免疫球蛋白样）结构域。CD84通过亲同相互作用和聚集起粘附受体的作用。CD84/SLAMF5增加了活化T细胞的增殖反应，而SH2D1A/SAP在这一过程中并不需要。嗜同性相互作用增强淋巴细胞中干扰素γ/IFN的分泌，并通过SH2D1A/SAP依赖途径诱导血小板刺激。
