背景（Background）
通过LYN激酶作为单核细胞迁移的正调节因子和单核细胞粘附的负调节因子。通过其受体CXCR4和ACKR3刺激单核细胞和T淋巴细胞的迁移，并减少单核细胞对ICAM-1（β-2整合素的配体）表面的粘附。SDF1A/CXCR4信号轴通过LYN激酶抑制β-2整合素LFA-1介导的单核细胞与ICAM-1的粘附。抑制由T细胞系适应的HIV-1介导的CXCR4感染。在心肌梗死后起保护作用。诱导各种细胞中表达的ACKR3的下调和内化。在胚胎发育过程中具有几个关键功能；B细胞淋巴细胞生成、骨髓中的骨髓生成和心室间隔形成所必需的。在IL7存在的情况下刺激骨髓源性B细胞祖细胞的增殖以及基质细胞依赖性前B细胞的生长。
