蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 27.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 42-55 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）
白细胞介素-2受体（IL-2R）是一种异三聚体蛋白，在某些免疫细胞（如淋巴细胞）的表面表达，结合并响应称为IL-2的细胞因子。IL-2R由3个亚基-α（CD25）、β（CD122）和γ（CD132）-非共价结合组成。α链和β链参与结合IL-2，而细胞因子相互作用后的信号转导由γ链和β亚基进行。
CD122也被称为IL2Rβ，是I型细胞因子受体家族的成员。CD122是白细胞介素-2的受体，参与受体介导的内吞作用，并转导IL2的促有丝分裂信号。
