蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 39.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-60 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）
激活素受体2A型（ACVR2A）也称为激活素ⅡA型、ACTR-IIA、ACTRIIA和ACVR2，ACVR2是单程I型膜蛋白。ACVR2A属于蛋白激酶超家族、TKL-Ser/Thr蛋白激酶家族和TGFB受体亚家族。在配体结合上，ACVR2A可以形成由两种II型和两种I型跨膜丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶组成的受体复合物。II型受体磷酸化并激活I型受体，I型受体自身磷酸化，然后结合并激活SMAD转录调节因子。ACVR2A也是激活素A、激活素B和抑制素A的受体。已经鉴定出几种I I型激活素受体，它们以不同的亲和力与不同的激活素结合。
