背景（Background）
Autotaxin也称为外核苷酸焦磷酸酶/磷酸二酯酶家族成员2（E-NPP 2或ENPP2）、细胞外溶血磷脂D（LysoPLD）、自身滑行素（ATX或ATX-X），属于核苷酸焦磷酸酶或磷酸二酯酶家庭。ENPP2包含两个SMB（somatomedin-B）域。ENPP2水解溶血磷脂，在细胞外液中产生溶血磷脂酸（LPA）。ENPP2可以作用于产生鞘氨醇-1-磷酸的鞘氨醇磷脂酰胆碱，这是一种细胞运动的调节剂。ENPP2可能通过百日咳毒素敏感的G蛋白刺激黑色素瘤细胞的迁移。
