背景（Background）
Stathmin（STMN1）是Stathmin家族的成员，也被称为白血病相关磷蛋白p18、癌蛋白18（Op18）、磷蛋白p19（pp19）、蛋白Pr22和pp17，其中含有一个SLD（Stathmin样）结构域。STMN1作为微管动力学的重要调节蛋白的功能已得到很好的表征。Stathmin（STMN1）与两个二聚体α，β-微管蛋白分子相互作用，形成一个紧密的三元复合物，称为T2S复合物。一摩尔STMN1通过stathmin样结构域（SLD）与两摩尔微管蛋白二聚体结合。当STMN1将微管蛋白螯合到T2S复合物中时，微管蛋白变得不可聚合。没有微管蛋白聚合，就没有微管组装。STMN1还通过直接作用于微管末端来促进微管解体。
