蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 27.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 30-33 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
标记（Biotinylation）
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

肿瘤细胞表达的亲丁蛋白亚家族3成员A2（BTN3A2/BT3.2）mRNA先前被鉴定为高级别浆液性上皮性卵巢癌症（HG-EOC）小队列中的预后因素。我们发现三种BTN3A亚型：BTN3A1、BTN3A2和BTN3A3与B7超家族的蛋白质具有高度的结构同源性，在溶液中以V形同源二聚体存在，通过膜近端C型Ig结构域结合。
