神经元胶质抗原2（NG2），也称为硫酸软骨素蛋白多糖4（CSPG4），是一种表面I型跨膜核心蛋白多糖，在细胞存活、迁移和血管生成中起着至关重要的作用。在中枢神经系统中，NG2/Cspg4在某些胶质细胞中表达，这些胶质细胞有时被称为多突胶质细胞或少突胶质细胞前体细胞（OPC），以及间充质干细胞、成骨细胞、黑素细胞、平滑肌细胞和巨噬细胞。NG2/Cspg4介导的信号传导已被证明在包括胶质母细胞瘤和恶性黑色素瘤在内的几种肿瘤类型的进展中起着重要作用。NG2/Cspg4也是血管周围周细胞的典型标志物，有助于微血管的稳定、毛细血管血流的调节和血管生成。
