PbS量子点的玻尔半径较大,容易制备出具有显著量子效应的纳米颗粒。由于其优良的非线性光学性能,合适的禁带宽度,电子能带跨越900~1600nm的红外光谱区域,正好和“通讯波长”部分重叠,因而,PbS量子点在光电器件、通讯、发光二极管、太阳能电池等领域有着广泛应用。PbS量子点发射的近红外波长具有很强的组织穿透性和具有低背景高分辨率的生物成像性能,因而,被广泛应用于生物领域。星烁纳米应用独特专有技术合成的PbS量子点具有粒径分布窄,色彩纯度高,发射近红外光,稳定性好等优异特性,且成本低,易于大规模量产。
PbS QDs have large Bohr radius with strong quantum effect. Due to its excellent nonlinear optical property, suitable forbidden band width, electronic energy band across 900~1600 nm infrared wavelength range that overlap with “communication wavelength”, PbS QDs have the potential to be used in optoelectronic devices, communication devices, light-emitting diodes, solar cells, and other fields. In addition, PbS QDs can be easily transferred into water with high biocompatibility, thus can be widely used for bio-imaging and–labeling applications. Synthesized using our proprietary unique technology, our PbS QDs have narrow particle size distribution, high color purity, near-infrared emission, and excellent stability.
