转化生长因子β1（TGFB1），亦称TGF-β1、CED、DPD1或TGFB，是转化生长因子β细胞因子超家族的多肽成员。该分泌蛋白具有多重细胞功能，包括调控细胞生长、增殖、分化和凋亡。TGFB1蛋白可调控细胞的生长与分裂（增殖）、细胞成熟执行特定功能的过程（分化）、细胞运动（迁移）及细胞自我毁灭程序（凋亡）。该蛋白广泛存在于人体各组织，在胚胎发育、血管形成、肌肉组织调节、体脂发育、伤口愈合及免疫系统功能中发挥关键作用。
TGFB1在构成骨骼的组织中尤为丰富，参与调节骨生长；同时大量存在于细胞间隙形成的复杂网络结构（细胞外基质）中。在细胞内，该蛋白通常处于关闭状态（失活），直至接收化学信号才被激活。TGFB1在免疫系统调控中具有重要作用，其对不同类型细胞或不同发育阶段的细胞呈现差异化活性。大多数免疫细胞（白细胞）均可分泌TGFB1。研究证实该蛋白可与TGFβ受体1、LTBP1、YWHAE、EIF3I及核心蛋白聚糖（Decorin）发生相互作用。
