This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 59.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 90-110 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

白细胞介素-31受体α亚基（IL-31 receptor subunit alpha）是一种由IL31RA基因编码的蛋白质，亦称为IL-31RA、GLM-R、Gp130样受体、CRL3或GPL。该蛋白与抑瘤素M受体（OSMR）共同形成异源二聚体受体，介导IL-31的信号传导。IL-31RA能强烈激活STAT3和STAT5的酪氨酸磷酸化，而对STAT1的激活作用较弱。研究还证实，Jak1不仅能与OSMRβ组成异源复合物，还能在同源受体复合物中与GPL结合并激活。
