蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 28.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-45 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

叶酸受体1（FOLR1）亦称叶酸受体α、叶酸结合蛋白（FBP）或FOLR，是叶酸受体（FOLR）家族成员。该基因家族对叶酸及其多种还原衍生物具有高亲和力，能介导5-甲基四氢叶酸向细胞内的转运。成熟FOLR1是一种通过GPI锚定连接在细胞表面的N-糖基化蛋白，主要在上皮细胞中表达，且在多种癌细胞中显著上调。
FOLR1通过内化进入内体系统，在与配体解离后循环至细胞表面。其可溶性形式可通过酶解释放从细胞表面脱落至血清和母乳中。FOLR1缺陷会导致脑叶酸转运缺陷症（NCFTD），这是一种因生命早期脑部特异性叶酸缺乏引起的常染色体隐性遗传病，可导致神经退行性病变。
