背景介绍
肿瘤坏死因子配体超家族成员4（TNFSF4）亦称糖蛋白Gp34、OX40配体（OX40L）、TAX转录激活糖蛋白1及CD252，属于肿瘤坏死因子家族。该蛋白是CD134的配体，表达于树突细胞亚型DC2等细胞表面，可放大Th2细胞分化效应。TNFSF4与其受体的相互作用参与多种自身免疫性疾病和炎症性疾病的发病机制，包括系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）、颈动脉疾病及癌症。此外，与其他TNF超家族成员类似，膜结合型OX40配体（TNFSF4）以同源三聚体形式存在。人类TNFSF4蛋白与小鼠对应蛋白具有46%的氨基酸序列同源性。
