分化簇86（CD86）亦称B淋巴细胞激活抗原B7-2，是一种属于免疫球蛋白超家族的I型膜蛋白。该蛋白组成性表达于并指树突状细胞、朗格汉斯细胞、外周血树突状细胞、记忆B细胞及生发中心B细胞表面，同时在单核细胞中呈低水平表达，并可经γ干扰素诱导上调。CD86是T细胞表面两种不同蛋白的配体：CD28（参与自身调节与细胞间联结）和CTLA-4（参与调节衰减与细胞解离）。CD86与CD80协同作用启动T细胞。最新研究表明，B7-2能促进成熟抗原呈递细胞（APC）谱系的形成，并增强APC功能与存活能力。此外，B7蛋白家族还通过激活巨噬细胞中的NF-κB信号通路参与先天免疫应答。因此，CD86被视为免疫治疗的重要靶点。在霍奇金淋巴瘤患者中，CD86阳性巨噬细胞是预测一线疗法潜在无效的独立标志物。
