肿瘤坏死因子样细胞因子1A(TL1A)及其受体——死亡受体3(DR3)与诱骗受体3(DcR3)分别属于肿瘤坏死因子超家族和肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族蛋白。抗原呈递细胞来源的TL1A与淋巴细胞DR3结合后,可为活化淋巴细胞提供共刺激信号。DR3信号传导不仅影响效应淋巴细胞的增殖活性及细胞因子分泌,还显著调控调节性T细胞的发育与抑制功能。而DcR3则通过减弱T细胞活化、下调促炎细胞因子分泌,从而限制TL1A/DR3复合物的功能。TL1A与DR3、DcR3共同构成了一个主动参与免疫应答调控的细胞因子系统。
