B7同源物3(B7-H3)是免疫球蛋白超家族成员,亦称为CD276,其结构包含两个Ig样C2型结构域和两个Ig样V型结构域。该蛋白可能参与T细胞介导的免疫应答调控,同时在肿瘤细胞中通过抑制自然杀伤细胞介导的细胞裂解发挥保护作用,并可作为神经母细胞瘤细胞的检测标志物。此外,B7-H3参与急慢性移植排斥反应的发展过程,并调控黏膜表面的淋巴细胞活性。在妊娠全程中,该蛋白还为胎盘和胎儿提供适宜免疫微环境发挥关键作用。
