背景介绍
CD3e分子（亦称CD3E）是一种T细胞表面单次跨膜的I型膜糖蛋白。该蛋白包含1个免疫球蛋白样结构域和1个ITAM结构域。CD3E与CD3-γ、CD3-δ、CD3-ζ以及T细胞受体α/β和γ/δ异源二聚体共同构成T细胞受体-CD3复合物，该复合物在将抗原识别与多种细胞内信号转导通路耦合中发挥重要作用。
编码ε、γ和δ多肽链的基因均位于11号染色体的同一基因簇。其中ε多肽链在T细胞发育过程中起着关键作用：CD3E基因缺陷会导致严重免疫缺陷症；该基因亦被证实与女性Ⅰ型糖尿病易感性相关。研究显示CD3E可与TOP2B、CD3EAP及NCK2等蛋白发生相互作用。
