TGF-β II型受体（TGFBR2或TGFR-2），亦称为转化生长因子-β II型受体，是一种同源二聚体或异源六聚体结构蛋白。该受体属于蛋白激酶超家族、TKL丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶家族中的TGF-β受体亚家族。
TGFBR2能以高亲和力与TGF-β1、TGF-β3结合，与TGF-β2的结合亲和力则显著降低。该II型受体与I型受体形成异源二聚体复合物，在信号转导中起关键作用：当配体结合后，TGFBR2其胞质结构域发生自磷酸化，进而磷酸化下游信号分子；这些被激活的分子随后进入细胞核，调控与细胞增殖相关基因亚群的转录活动。
