蛋白结构（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 53.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 60-66 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

程序性死亡配体1（PDL1）亦称为B7-H、B7H1、MGC142294、MGC142296、PD-L1、PDCD1L1及PDCD1LG1，是日益扩大的B7免疫分子家族成员，参与细胞免疫与体液免疫的调控。该蛋白为细胞表面免疫球蛋白超家族蛋白，其胞外区包含两个免疫球蛋白样结构域，并具有短胞质结构域。PDL1广泛表达于大多数外周组织及造血细胞中。PDL1与属于CD28分子家族的受体相互作用，在调节T细胞活化和耐受过程中既传递刺激信号也传递抑制信号。PDL1可能通过诱导细胞凋亡和阻滞细胞周期进程来抑制持续进行的T细胞应答。
