IgG Fc段受体（FcγR）是免疫球蛋白超家族成员，在免疫反应的激活或抑制中发挥作用。目前公认人类FcγR可分为三类：RI（CD64）、RII（CD32）和RIII（CD16），这些受体可产生多种亚型。
人类FcγRII/CD32由三个基因（A、B、C）编码，而小鼠FcγRIIB（CD32B）仅有一个基因。CD32是一种低亲和力IgG受体。低亲和力免疫球蛋白γ Fc段受体II-b（FCGR2B）亦称为CD32b、FCG2、IGFR2。CD32B表达于B细胞和髓样树突细胞表面：B细胞表面的CD32B交联可下调抗体产生，并在某些情况下促进细胞凋亡；树突状细胞表面的CD32B共交联则会抑制细胞成熟并阻断细胞活化。CD32B还可能作为恶性肿瘤单克隆抗体治疗的靶点。
