B细胞受体CD22,亦被称为唾液酸结合免疫球蛋白样凝集素2(Siglec-2)、B淋巴细胞黏附分子(BL-CAM)或T细胞表面抗原Leu-14,属于免疫球蛋白超家族及SIGLEC(唾液酸结合免疫球蛋白样凝集素)家族。CD22介导B细胞间的相互作用,并可能参与B细胞在淋巴组织中的定位。Siglec-2/CD22能够结合唾液酸化的糖蛋白,其中之一为CD45。该分子通过与Src家族酪氨酸激酶的相互作用发挥正向调控功能;同时,也可能作为抑制性受体,通过其SH2结构域招募细胞质磷酸酶,进而使信号分子去磷酸化,从而阻断信号传导。
